Madhurima Sewa Sanskar Foundation stands as a significant contributor to the mission of empowering the nation and enriching society. Established in 2022, the organization operates in the Vindhya region of Madhya Pradesh, particularly in the Satna district. Dedicated to creating a disease-free India and promoting the health and well-being of the common people, the foundation also focuses on women empowerment, self-employment, strengthening and prospering farmers, and nurturing a value-driven new generation.

Health camps are organized to provide better healthcare services to people in remote rural areas and those unable to access hospitals. Digital mass health screenings are conducted to detect potential illnesses early and enable timely treatment, preventing diseases from developing further. Innovative initiatives are being undertaken to connect farmers with modern technology and enhance their income. To instill values in the Bhartiya children, the foundation has introduced the Madhurima Sanskar Pathshala. Additionally, as a step toward establishing "Ram Rajya," efforts are being made to resolve conflicts, eliminate bitterness, strengthen relationships, and infuse sweetness into them.

If every citizen of society is healthy and free from illness, the prosperity of society and the nation is certain. Madhurima Sewa Sanskar Sansthan is moving forward with this vision. Efforts are continuously underway, and the campaign for freedom from illness is taking shape. In reality, a healthy individual is the foundation of a prosperous society. To achieve happiness in life, good health is essential. When every individual is healthy, the path to progress, prosperity, and happiness becomes much easier. This is because a healthy body hosts a healthy mind, and a person, being positive, thinks of contributing to the nation and society.

The aim of Madhurima Sewa Sanskar is to ensure that every individual in the society should remain healthy and Bimari Mukt. To achieve this goal, the foundation is not only providing healthcare facilities in remote villages but also offering health literacy on maintaining good health. Ensuring the well-being and Bimari Mukt lives of the common people is essential not just for society but also for the nation's progress. The organization’s efforts continue to pave the way for a prosperous society and nation. One day, the organization will surely succeed in achieving its mission.

Madhurima Sewa Sanskar Sansthan is committed to creating a healthy, Bimari Mukt Bharat. To achieve this, the foundation organizes doorstep digital health camps in rural and tribal communities, offering free medical consultations, and blood, and urine tests. Additionally, free medicines are provided. Regular mass health screenings are conducted with the aim of preventing serious illnesses in the future. The foundation has developed a "Clinic on Wheels," a vehicle that reaches remote areas, delivering better healthcare services to those unable to access health centers. These efforts aim to eliminate diseases and build Swasth, Samriddh, Shasakt Aur Shikshit Bharat.

HOW DO WE WORK

Madhurima Sewa Sanskar's mission to make people healthy and disease-free continues. Health camps are being organized in rural areas, where patients are receiving medical services. These services have greatly delighted the villagers, as they are getting free medical consultations, blood and urine tests, and medications. These health camps have helped eliminate the social divide based on caste and class, fostering a sense of equality. There is no distinction between the rich and the poor, or any caste-based differences. Everyone is easily receiving healthcare services. Beneficiaries are happy with the positive changes in their lives.

Madhurima Sewa Sanskar Sansthan, founded by Dr. Swapna Verma in 2022, is a beacon of hope in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. With a mission to promote health and a disease-free region, the institution focuses on healthcare for remote areas, women’s empowerment, agricultural innovation, and nurturing the new generation with values.

Dr. Verma has been recognized for her innovations in healthcare, education, and agriculture, receiving the 'Sushrut Award 2024' from Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya and the 'Pride of Madhya Pradesh - 2024' from Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The Sansthan regularly organizes free health camps in rural areas, offering consultations, tests, and medicines. During the 2025 Vikshit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, Dr. Verma presented the project to the Prime Minister, with the institution being recognized as one of the 10 Pathbreakers for its impactful healthcare delivery in rural and tribal areas.
